Your X or Mirror card includes access to a premium concierge service designed to simplify your professional and personal life. This assistance is available 7 days a week to help you with information requests, reservations, quotes, and personalised support.
The concierge team can handle a wide range of tasks – from travel and restaurant bookings to legal information and home services. Whether you need to know the visa requirements for a business trip or help finding a tradesperson, the concierge is here to assist you.
This service is available to cardholders with an active X or Mirror card registered in their name. You can submit requests from the web 💻 and the mobile app 📱, and choose to communicate by SMS or email.

What types of requests can I submit to the concierge service?
The concierge service is designed to help you with a wide variety of professional and personal needs. Any request for information or assistance with reservations is completely free of charge. For services involving third-party providers, you will receive several quotes from the concierge team so you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget.
Here are examples of requests the concierge team can handle:
- Legal and administrative information: Visa requirements, legal questions, Covid-19 regulations, insurance advice.
- Travel bookings: Searching and booking flights and trains.
- Car rental: Vehicle rental assistance in Belgium and abroad.
- Accommodation search: Short and long-term rental options.
- Restaurant reservations: Assistance with restaurant bookings.
- Event tickets: Booking for concerts, sporting events, theatre, and more.
- Cleaning services: Professional cleaning for your office or home.
- Tradesperson services: Help finding qualified professionals for repairs or installations.
- Flower delivery: Delivery services, including to international destinations.
If your request is not listed here, don't hesitate to submit it anyway. The concierge team is flexible and will do their best to assist you with any reasonable request, however unique. The service is designed to adapt to your specific professional and personal needs.
How do I submit a request to the concierge service?
Before submitting your first request, make sure your X or Mirror card has been activated. Once your card is active, you can access the concierge service and start submitting requests.
On the web 💻:
- Go to Business account → Cards.
- Click on your X or Mirror card.
- Scroll down to find the Concierge and lounge option on the right-hand side.
- In the Concierge section, click Submit a request.
- Enter your request in the text box with as much detail as possible (for example: "Hello, I would like to know the entry requirements for travelling to the United States as a Belgian citizen for my business trip.").
- Select your preferred contact method: SMS or email.
- Submit your request.
On mobile 📱:
- Go to More → Settings and Tools.
- Select Concierge.
- Tap Submit a request.
- Enter your request.
- Choose your preferred contact method: SMS or email.
- Submit your request.
After submission, the concierge team will respond between 9am and 9pm. You can then continue the conversation via your chosen contact method until your request is fully resolved.
Who can access the concierge service?
The concierge service is exclusively available to cardholders with an X or Mirror card registered in their own name.
The concierge team can assist you in French and English. When submitting a request, simply communicate in the language of your choice and the team will respond accordingly.
