What are the eligibility conditions to benefit from the insurance?
There are two main conditions:
You must hold a valid Qonto Plus or X card at the time of the incident.
All transactions must be made with your Qonto card.
How can I get assistance in case of emergency?
If you hold a Plus or X card, repatriation, emergency medical expenses and legal assistance are covered when travelling abroad.

How can I file a claim?
To file a claim, simply fill in the online form here.
What happens after I submit my claim?
Once you have submitted your claim, you will receive a confirmation email from Qover. Qover will then evaluate your claim and verify its validity. You will be kept informed by email of the status of your claim.
Your supporting documents will be reviewed and the claim amount calculated.
If we need more information, we will contact you. Once your claim is approved, you will receive the payment by bank transfer to your Qonto account.
Who should I contact if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my claim?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim, you can contact Qover's mediation service at mediation@qover.com. Please make sure to provide all the necessary details to speed up the process.
