Verboden activiteiten op Qonto:

Bedrijven die zich voornamelijk bezighouden met de volgende industrieën mogen geen Qonto-account openen:

  • Toegankelijkheidsdiagnose (Ad'Ap)

  • Activiteiten gerelateerd aan de verkoop van producten op basis van cannabis of derivaten daarvan (bladeren, bloemen, hars, CBD, HHC) met een THC-gehalte van meer dan 0,3% voor bedrijven in Frankrijk en 0,2% voor bedrijven in Duitsland, Italië en Spanje of niet aangegeven.

  • Activiteiten gerelateerd aan de mijnindustrie

  • Activiteiten gerelateerd aan Energie-efficiëntie Certificaten (CEE)

  • Elke illegale activiteit

  • Veilinghuizen, kunstverkoop

  • Kaartleggen, waarzeggerij, helderziendheid, astrologie, tarologie

  • Casino's en gokken

  • Factoring, Schuldinning activiteiten

  • Financiële/fiscale agent activiteit als deze niet is geregistreerd bij een toezichthouder

  • Een marktplaats houden

  • Verzekeringsmakelaardij activiteit als deze niet is geregistreerd bij een administratie

  • Beheer van fondsen, portfolio's en collectieve investeringen als deze niet zijn geregistreerd bij een regelgevende autoriteit.

  • Militaire activiteiten, inclusief de verkoop van wapens, militaire voertuigen en hun kopieën

  • Mijnbouw, staking, creatie en/of commercialisatie van NFT's, blockchainontwikkeling, ontwikkeling van wallets (hot & cold wallets), gedecentraliseerde uitwisseling, PSAN-activiteit zonder registratie.

  • Geldtransferplatform, geldovermakingsdienst, P2P ("peer-to-peer" betaaldienst)

  • Online en in-store verkoop van industriële of cosmetische chemicaliën.

  • Online en in-store verkoop van eiwitpoeders, voedingssupplementen en geneesmiddelen

  • Online bestandsdeling

  • Verkoop van mobiele SIM-kaarten en opwaardeerkaarten

  • Seks (pornografie, seksspeeltjes, escorting, prostitutie)

  • Verkoop van goederen/diensten die de afbeelding, eer of reputatie van anderen kunnen schaden of beschadigen

  • Tabak of rookproducten (inclusief THC, CBD en eCig)

  • Handels-/makelaarsplatform of enige activiteit gerelateerd aan valuta's, edelmetalen, edelstenen, andere producten, effecten

  • Ongeoorloofde betaaldiensten (crowdfunding, crowdlending, marktplaats)
