Qonto has updated its Financial Tools pricing and packaging to make core financial workflows available as part of your plan, not behind separate paywalls ✨. Most features previously locked in add-ons are now included directly in your plan. Add-ons now cover only the more advanced, incremental capabilities you choose to activate as your business scales.
These changes affect all Qonto plans and apply to Expense & Spend Management and Cash Flow Management. New customers see the updated pricing from August 3, 2026. If you're an existing add-on customer, your migration happens automatically by October 1, 2026, no action needed on your part.
What's changing with my plan price?
The Business plan price is increasing by €20/month on monthly billing, or €10/month on annual billing. This increase reflects the addition of Financial Tools features now included in the plan. All other plans, Essential, Smart, and Premium, have had Financial Tools features added with no change to their base price.
If you're an existing add-on customer, you'll receive a legal notice before any change takes effect. Your migration is automatic and managed via voucher, there's nothing you need to do. If you have questions about your specific situation, you can reach the support team via chat, available 24/7.
What's changing with Expense & Spend Management?
The Expense & Spend Management Plus add-on (previously €89/month) is retiring on July 31. Most of its features are now included in your core plan depending on your subscription tier.
If you're on Essential plan or above, you now get:
- Basic manager role
- 50 team cards with spending limits (virtual, ad hoc, and instant)
- Expense reports for mileage
- Transfer & payment requests
- Real-time budget tracking
If you're on Premium plan or above, you also get subscription detection and renewal alerts. If you're on Smart plan or above, solo expense reports are included.
Cards: Previously, the add-on included unlimited virtual cards. All Smart plans and above now include 50 virtual cards, with additional cards available at €1 per card. Unlimited cards are included on Business plan and above.
The Team Spend Control add-on has been revised and repriced to €49/month, with a focused set of features to help you manage team spend:
- Manager permissions & approval workflows
- 4-eyes validation for sensitive payments
- Advanced card settings (limits by day, category, or amount)
- Auto-block cards for missing receipts
- HRIS integration
What's changing with Cash Flow Management?
The Cash Flow Management Plus add-on (previously €29/month) is retiring on July 31, these features are now embedded directly into all Smart plans at no extra cost.
The following features remain available on all plans, unchanged:
- Historical cash flow analysis
- Automatic transaction categorization
- Expected transactions
If you're on Smart plan or above, you now also get access to:
- Real-time forecast projection (up to 6 months)
- Scenario creation and tracking
- Google Sheets & Excel integrations
- Interactive cash flow table
- Smart actions to stay cash-positive
- Automated approvals
