What happens if I have multiple seizures on my account?

If several seizures are received on your account, they are processed in chronological order, according to the date each seizure was received by Qonto.

I've already paid the seizure, how can I unblock my account?

If the seizure has already been paid, we need a proof of payment. This proof must be sent to us directly by the bailiff or the creditor and must include:

  • A clear, unambiguous document (no handwritten notes).
  • The correct amount. If the amount doesn't match the amount stated in the seizure order, we cannot accept it.
  • The name of the creditor.
  • The reference number of the seizure.

If any of this information is missing, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, the proof cannot be accepted. We also cannot accept proof that hasn't been sent to us directly by the bailiff or the creditor.

My seizure has been lifted, how can I unblock my account?

If the seizure has been lifted, we need an official document from the bailiff or the creditor confirming this. The document must be sent to us directly by the bailiff or the creditor and must:

  • Be addressed to us (Qonto).
  • Include your name.
  • Include the reference number of the seizure.
  • Include the name of the creditor.
  • Confirm the current status of the seizure (lifted, settled, etc.).

If any of this information is missing, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, the document cannot be accepted.

I've agreed on a payment plan with the creditor, how can I unblock my account?

If you've agreed on an installment payment plan with the creditor, we also need a corresponding proof, sent to us directly by the bailiff or the creditor. It must:

  • Be addressed to us (Qonto).
  • Include your name.
  • Include the reference number of the seizure.
  • Include the name of the creditor.
  • Detail the terms of the payment plan.

If any of this information is missing, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, the document cannot be accepted.
