You can also request it directly via the chat bubble in the app (web or mobile): our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it in the conversation.
Who can download a proof of transfer?
Downloading a proof of transfer is available to Account Owners, Admins and Managers with the appropriate permissions. If you don't have access, please contact an Admin or the Account Owner.
How to download a proof of international transfer from the web app?
- Go to Business account > Transactions
- Select the transfer
- Click on Download proof of payment
How to download a proof of international transfer from the mobile app?
- Open the app and go to Transactions
- Select the transfer
- Tap Download proof of payment
When is the document available?
The proof of payment can only be downloaded once the transfer has been executed. It may take a little time to appear after execution due to intermediary banks and payment partners.
