Missing receipt reminders are available from the Smart plan and above.

 

How can I manage receipt reminders?

 

To make it easier to collect receipts on Qonto, we send:

  • weekly reminders to transaction initiators, highlighting transactions without a supporting document
  • weekly summaries of missing receipts to the Account Holder and Admins

These reminders are enabled by default.

 

💡 Attachments on Qonto have probative value, which means organisations no longer need to keep paper receipts: paper and digital receipts have the same legal value.

The Account Holder and Admins can disable and re-enable receipt reminders on the web app:

 

1\. Go to the Settings & Tools section

2\. Click on Missing receipt reminders

3\. Choose the automation you wish to disable or re-enable

 

👆 It is not possible to disable notifications on mobile.
