Main account
When you open a Qonto current account, your account name is Main account by default.
Do you want to rename it?
You can customize the account label to better
identify your accounts (for example, by function, department, or by using
emojis):

Go to the Business account 👉 Accounts section of your Qonto web app.

In your account card, click on the three dots at the top right of the box.

Then, click on Rename and enter your new account label (you can even add emojis).
Important: Your official company name (as registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises - CBE) is used by default for your Qonto account and appears on your legal documents. This name cannot be modified directly in the app.
The label you modify in the app is only intended for your own internal organization and does not affect your company's legal name.
Multiple current accounts
If you have a Smart, Premium, Essential, Business, or Enterprise plan, you can create multiple current accounts. You can name it during its creation.
☝️ Good to know: The label you choose will appear on your bank details (IBAN) and on your statements for easier identification, but your official company name remains unchanged and will continue to appear on legal documents.
