How can I get my account details (IBAN)?

Your bank account details, which include your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT, are available in the Qonto app on web and mobile. You can download them as a PDF or copy/share them as text.

You can also request them directly via the chat bubble in the app (web or mobile): our AI agent (The Operator) will generate them in the conversation.

☝️ Please note that you can only access your bank account details (IBAN) once your account opening request has been validated.

How to download my bank account details (IBAN) from the web app?

You have two options in the web app:

Option 1: From Transactions

  1. Go to Business account > Transactions
  2. Click on Account details
  3. Click Download (PDF) to get a PDF file

Option 2: From Accounts

  1. Go to Business account > Accounts
  2. Select your main account or a sub-account
  3. Download (PDF)

On the web app, you can download your bank account details in the language of your choice (🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇮🇹 🇩🇪 🇵🇹 🇳🇱).

How to download my bank account details (IBAN) from the mobile app?

  1. Open the app and go to Menu
  2. Tap Accounts (IBAN) and select the desired account
  3. Choose:
    • Download PDF to download the document
    • Share IBAN to copy/share your bank details as text

☝️ On mobile, you can only download your bank account details in the language of the country where your company is based.

How to get certified bank account details with the Qonto stamp?

The bank account details available in the app do not include the Qonto stamp.

To get a certified document, open the chat bubble (web or mobile) and request certified bank account details / a stamped IBAN document. Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it for you.
