How can I get official documents related to my Qonto account?

To obtain a document related to your Qonto account, you have two options:

  1. Download it from the app (web or mobile)
  2. Request it via the chat bubble (web or mobile) — Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate the document in the conversation.

Where can I find my documents in the Qonto app?

You can view and download the following documents at any time from the web and mobile app. Click a link for the steps.

How can I get an account certificate?

The account certificate is an electronically signed document. It contains your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT and can be used as proof of account ownership.

☝️ Good to know: You can choose to include your current account balance by checking "Include current balance".

From the web app

  1. Go to Business account
  2. Then choose:
  • Transactions > Account details
  • or Accounts and select your main account
  1. Under Get your account certificate, select the language (English or the language of the country where your company is based) and click Download (PDF)

From the mobile app

  1. Go to Menu > Accounts (IBAN) and select your main account
  2. Tap Account certificate
  3. Select the language
  4. Tap Download (PDF)

How can I request a document via the chat bubble?

Open the chat bubble and tell us what you need (for example: "I need my invoice for March fees"). Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate the document in the conversation.

To help us find it faster, mention the month, the transfer amount or the billing period (if applicable).

The Operator can generate:

  • Account details (IBAN)
  • Account certificate
  • Account statements
  • Qonto invoices (annual and monthly)

Who has access to official account documents?

Access to official Qonto account documents depends on your role.

Account Owner and Admin

Account Owners and Admins have access to all official documents (including the account certificate and Qonto invoices).

Other roles (where applicable)

Some documents are also available to other roles (in addition to Account Owner and Admin):

  • Account details (IBAN): Accountant and Manager — with the appropriate permissions
  • Account statements: Accountant
  • Proof of transfer: any user who initiated the transfer
