What can I learn from these seven charts?

These seven sections let you discover at a glance:

  • Your available balance: The total funds currently available across all your accounts.
  • Your latest transactions: A summary of your most recent account activity.
  • Your cash flow variations: Cash flow changes over the last 12 months, showing the difference between inflows and outflows.
  • Customer invoices to collect: An overview of the total amount owed by your customers, with a priority-sorted list of upcoming invoice due dates.
  • Supplier invoices to pay: An overview of the total amount you owe to suppliers, with a list of outstanding invoices including their due dates and amounts.
  • Inflows and Outflows: Two area charts showing your total cash flow movements since the beginning of the month, giving you a quick view of the money coming in and going out over time.
  • Inflows and Outflows by category: Two donut charts breaking down your inflows and outflows by category, so you can see exactly where your money comes from and where it goes.

💡 Good to know: to manage transaction categories and your cash flow, you can head to the Cash Flow Management section. ☝️ Note: the data in these charts comes directly from the Cash Flow Management section of the app.

What information does the Dashboard section provide?

The Dashboard section provides an instant summary of your finances, displaying your total balance with account details, a list of recent transactions, a chart of your cash flow variations over the past year, and two pie charts illustrating the breakdown of income or expenses into different categories.

How can I customise it?

You can select the account data you want to view by clicking the checkbox in the top left. The Transactions and Cash Flow sections are also customisable, allowing you to choose the time period you are interested in.

👆 Good to know: when you hover over your Cash Flow chart, you can see a breakdown of your indicators for the selected period. For example, if your chart is set to "Last 3 months" and you hover over a specific month, you will see the total balance, total inflows, total outflows, and cash consumption for that month.
