How do I set up the integration?
Go to the Integrations and Partnerships > Integrations section, then search for "Amazon Business" in the search bar. Click on the integration, then click Connect in the top right corner and follow these steps:
- Log in to your Amazon Business account and authorise the sharing of information between Amazon Business and Qonto.
- Choose the date from which you want to retrieve your Amazon data (up to one year of history).
- Click Finish. The synchronisation starts and may take up to 5 hours. Once set up, it runs every day between 9 PM and 10 PM (Paris time, CET).
All done! You can now reconcile your Amazon Business invoices and Qonto transactions at any time, effortlessly.
Who can use this integration?
This feature is available on our Smart, Premium, Essential, Business and Enterprise plans. Any Qonto user who purchases on Amazon Business and can connect to the reconciliation API will automatically receive invoices after a payment made with a physical or virtual Qonto card.
What does the Amazon Business integration do?
You can automatically import all your Amazon Business invoices (credit notes are not currently supported) into the Invoices > Supplier invoices section in Qonto. After import, we automatically match them to the corresponding Qonto transactions.
How often does the data synchronisation occur?
Every day between 9 PM and 10 PM (Paris time, CET).
Can I retrieve my full invoice history?
You can retrieve all your Amazon Business invoices for up to one year from the date the integration was set up. Once started, the synchronisation may take up to 5 hours depending on the volume processed by the Amazon Business API. If some invoices are not imported, the Amazon Business API will complete the synchronisation the following day.
When is an invoice created in Amazon Business?
Each transaction you make with a Qonto payment method generates an Amazon Business invoice. For every debit you see on your card, you will receive an invoice.
Where can I find my Amazon Business invoices?
Your invoices are imported in PDF format and available in the Invoices > Supplier invoices section. You can also find them from your transactions once we have reconciled them with your invoices.
Which invoices are supported by the Amazon Business integration?
Our Amazon Business integration currently supports VCS (Vendor Central Service) and IBA (Invoice by Amazon) seller invoices only, which represent approximately 50% of Amazon Business transactions.
Invoices that are NOT currently supported:
- Consolidated invoices (multiple orders combined into one invoice)
- IDU (Independent) seller invoices (smaller, non-VCS sellers)
This is expected behaviour and not a bug. We are working on expanding coverage to include all invoice types.
How can I get 100% coverage of my Amazon Business invoices?
You have two workarounds available in your Amazon Business settings:
- Disable invoice consolidation
- Go to your Amazon Business account settings
- Disable consolidated billing
- ⚠️ Downside: You will receive more individual invoices to manage
- Block non-VCS sellers
- Adjust your purchasing settings to allow only VCS/IBA sellers
- ⚠️ Downside: Reduced product selection

Why am I seeing an error when connecting my Amazon Business account?
If you see the following error during the connection process: "Looking for something? We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site", this is likely because you have two Amazon accounts linked to the same email address: one for Amazon Business and one for Amazon Retail.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to amazon.com.be and sign out.
- Completely close your web browser.
- Sign back in to amazon.com.be with your Amazon Business credentials.
- Verify you are on the right account by selecting your name in the top right corner. You should see Amazon Business items in the menu, such as Manage your business account (or Business settings).
- Select Manage your business account (or Business settings).
- In the top left corner, check the company name associated with this Amazon Business account.
- If you do not see Manage your business account in the menu (step 4), or if the company name is incorrect (step 6), you are not logged in to the right account. Start again from step 1 and try with a different account.
- If the company name is correct, go to the Amazon Business integration page and restart the connection process. The error should no longer appear.
If the steps above did not resolve the issue, or if you are seeing a different error, contact Qonto support via the chat in the web app.
