You can invite your team members directly from the HR platform you use, such as PayFit, Silae, or Lucca, for example.
By leveraging this integration, it simplifies the onboarding process by automatically synchronizing employee data and user details.
This helps reduce manual data entry, ensures accuracy, and significantly reduces the time and effort spent on these administrative tasks.
How to set up the integration between your HR platform and your Qonto account?
The Owner and Admin roles can set up the integration, exclusively via the Qonto web app. This is not available on mobile devices.
- Log in to your Qonto account
- Go to Settings at the bottom left of your screen, then click on User management and User access.
- Press the 🔌 button at the top right called enable integrations and tools.
💡 Click on Recommend an integration at the bottom of the window if your tool is not listed and please fill out the Typeform.
- Select the HR platform you use from the suggested list and click on Connect.⚠️ By selecting Connect, you confirm that you have informed your employees about the sharing of their data with third-party providers.

If you use PayFit, you can connect to your tool in just a few clicks:
- Grant the selected permissions and click on Continue
- Log in to your HR platform account using your email address, password, and one-time password to authenticate the connection with Qonto, then click Continue
- Press Set up integration, the connection is now active!
How to assign a role once my list is updated?
You can return to the User management section, and your member list will be updated. Click on each profile to select the role to be assigned on your Qonto account.
- Click on a name from the list
- Press Invite this employee
- Choose a role for this member
- Send the invitation
If you go to the User access section in the active view, you can resend or cancel an invitation.
⚠️ The integration does not allow for bulk invitations. You must manually select each employee for their information to be synchronized with your Qonto account. However, you will not have to manually enter all of this information.
