Keeping your personal and business information accurate is essential for security and legal compliance. Qonto makes it easy to update your details directly from your account, ensuring your information stays current and your account remains secure.
You can update your personal and business details by submitting the required supporting documents, which our team will review for security.

👤 Updating your personal information
To update your personal details such as your name, address, or other profile information:
Log in to your Qonto account on web
Go to Settings (bottom left corner)
You will arrive on your Personal profile
Update the information you need to change: profile picture, mobile phone, email address, IBAN, preferred name.
You can also update your other personal information (date of birth, etc.). Those updates will be reviewed by our team first. Once approved, the updated information will be visible on your account. 🙌

🏢 Updating your company information
Only the Account Owner can update company information.
To update your business details such as company address, legal name, or registration information:
Go to Settings > Organization details
Scroll to the section File an up-to-date registration document
Upload an official CBE extract dated within the last 3 months
Update any other company details as needed (logo, billing email address, etc.)
Click Save to submit your changes
Once you submit your changes, our team will review them. A banner will appear in your interface to let you know your request is pending validation. Your information will be updated as soon as our team approves it. Please note that you won't be able to submit a new change until your current request has been validated. If you need to make an additional update, simply wait for your first request to be approved before submitting a new one.
☝️ Important for associations: If your organization is an association and you need to update your address or other details, please contact our Support team at bonjour@qonto.com for assistance.
👥 Updating company leaders and shareholders
If you are a corporate officer and legal representative but this is not reflected in your Qonto account, you can update the leadership structure:
Go to Settings > Organization details
In the leadership section, select Yes to confirm you are a corporate officer and legal representative
Submit an up-to-date CBE extract (dated within the last 3 months)
Verify that your tax information is filled in correctly
Click Save to submit the changes
Our team will review and validate the updated leadership information ✅
Once validated, your role as corporate officer and legal representative will be properly reflected in your account.
📱 Updating your phone number or email address
Go to Personal settings > Personal profile to update your phone number or email address. For detailed instructions, see:
