In order for the photo of your ID to be valid to finalize your registration, we invite you to take two photos of your document directly with your smartphone:
A photo of the front
A photo of the back
A photo of both pages of the passport
❗️We do not accept screenshots or photo uploads; you may only take a direct photo of your ID at the time of identity verification.
Make sure all information on your ID document is clearly legible for our agents in charge of verifying your identity.
Most photos are rejected due to poor image quality. If this is the case, you will have to upload your document again, thus extending the processing time of your registration.
How to take a high-quality photo ✅
Ensure your ID document is not damaged and that all information is legible (if the document is cut off, worn out, or if elements are illegible) use another document
Choose a bright location and place the document on a table with no other objects around
When taking the photo with your smartphone, focus on the entire image with all 4 corners of the document visible
After taking both photos of the front and back, check that all information is clearly legible before uploading them to avoid repeating this step.

After taking the photo, ensure the information is legible. If you are unsure about the quality, take a new one before sending it.
